最好的一天

After several weeks doing routine Western, I was hoping to see good results today. However, I got four membranes totally blank. At beginning, I thought that it should not be so difficult, because they are just Western; everyone knows how to do it, especially in this lab. We already tried so many times with different conditions, but the results are still discouraged. Teamwork is good, but sometimes I really want to do everything by myself. At least I know what's going on when I see something wrong. There are still so many mysteries behind simple steps. Following protocols is not the way to achieve the success. OK, it is not the time to give up yet. Keep working, trying something different and praying may be the things I should do now.
